Ann Kerstetter

The Band

Ann Kerstetter exploded onto the Central Susquehanna Valley music scene in 1969. At the tender age of 16 she was the lead singer for the Sunbury based Crosstown Bus. At that time, Ann was only female singer to front a rock band in the area. Ann and the Crosstown Bus performed the Harrisburg, Lancaster and Central Susquehanna valley circuit until 1983. After time out to raise her son, Ann is back, better than ever, with her own band.

Singers are born, not made, and this born singer has a penchant for Jazz and Blues and a hunger for good ole Rock and Roll. Ann Kerstetter transports you through a wide range of emotions. In the space of a few measures, her throaty voice can slide from soft and sensuous to a deep and raspy full throttle. Count on it: Ann takes you where the music needs you to go.

To showcase her talents Ann has teamed up with a "Who's Who" of Pennsylvania and national blues and jazz musicians. The result: a tight hot band that moves, grooves and entertains:

A California Native, Alex Callenberger moved to Pennsylvania in fall of 2002. Alex quickly formed an experimental endeavor: Dr Dye and the sound Practitioners. This project caught the attention of Kai Sorum, a uniquely talented vocalist, guitar, and piano player. The pair drew elements from psychedelic, folk and pop influences, and toured for two years locally. In 2007, Infinite Bliss teamed up with Grammy Award winning percussionist Steve Mitchell (Van Morrison, Phil Lesh) and bassist Andy Seal to record "Strange Afternoon". Alex then teamed up with Andy Seal and Jeremy Hummel to form Electric Volcano Experiment. Besides performing and recording with Ann Kerstetter, Alex is an instructor at the Uptown Music Collective, and has directed many staged musical performances such as "Dark Side of the Moon,""The Wall," and "Progrock Karnevil."

Jeremy Hummel is a professional drummer and instructor. He is also a clinician, studio musician and columnist for Modern Drummer Magazine. Jeremy's most popular recorded works came with platinum-selling artists Breaking Benjamin. He was a co-founding member of the group and played on the band's first two records, "Saturate" and "We Are Not Alone." During his tenure the band scored two #1 hits in the Active Rock Format with "So Cold" and "Sooner or Later.
